Returns & Exchanges

Jockey India offers a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy for most products, provided they are in their original condition with tags intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain innerwear categories are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Jockey account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange along with the reason.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the products are unwashed, unworn, and packed in their original packaging with all brand tags and invoices included.

• 3.
  Pickup and Verification

  Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package and perform a preliminary quality check.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes final inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or the exchange item will be dispatched.
